How do I register?
  • Click SIGN IN / REGISTER at the top right corner of the page;
  • Click on REGISTER;
  • Enter your details;
  • Click on CREATE ACCOUNT.

You are now registered with OhhLovely.com.

I have forgotten my login password, what do I do?

Please click “Forget Password” on the login page & enter your email ID.  You will receive a link to help you reset your password.

I just placed my order.  Can I add another item to it/cancel/change item?

Our team process pack orders quickly to ensure your item is out for delivery the same day, or next working day. We will do our best to change your order if you email in immediately, although it is not guaranteed that we will be able to change it in time. Double check your order, and your delivery details.  Unfortunately we cannot alter or cancel orders once they have been placed or processed!  If you’re having troubles with your order however, you can always email us or call and we’re happy to try and help.

When will my order be shipped?

Local shipping (within Trinidad & tobago) arrives within 2-3  business days from ship date.

International shipping arrives within 5-7 working days from ship date.

I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation.

Make sure you’ve scoped out your junk and spam folders in case the automatic notification has been sent there.  Still no luck?  Not to worry, just shoot us an email so we can help!

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping to Caribbean countries.  If you have difficulty checking out, please contact our team at shop@ohhlovely.com and one of our friendly team members will be able to assist you.

My item is faulty/incorrect, what do I do?

Oh no! First of all we are SO sorry!  Not to worry at all though, just get in touch with us via email and our Customer Service team will be able to help get this sorted for you right away!

I’m missing an item from my order.

Firstly make sure the item isn’t lost amongst the wrapping or stuck to the inside of the parcel.  Smaller items such as accessories and cosmetics are usually wrapped up separately.  If you don’t have any luck here don’t stress!  Just get in touch with our Customer Service team via email.

Will I have to pay Customs fees?

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, the amount will depend on what country you in, and is the responsibility of the recipient.

The item is out of stock. Now what?

Sometimes we may re-stock an item.  Sign up to our mailing list, and check occasionally or email in to see if we are likely to re-stock.

I’m unsure about sizing.

Most of the time, the right size for you will simply be your regular size that you’d ordinarily purchase. We provide sizing charts on our product pages that you’ll find helpful. 

Do you have a physical store?

So sorry!  We are currently based online only and do not have a physical store.

Where is OhhLovely based?

We are based in Trinidad & Tobago.

Do we ship to PO BOX Addresses?

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. We can only deliver to your permanent residential address, or your place of work. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at your place of work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods and sign for the parcel.
